Here we have tried to answer some of your most frequently asked questions, but if you still need help we’d be happy to talk or send us an email.

No, we welcome walk-ins, however if you haven’t booked and we are busy we cannot guarantee a place. We recommend booking if visiting at the weekend or school holidays.

Yes we are a fully operational café with a licence for alcohol.

Can we bring a dog to the cafe?2024-05-30T06:46:26+00:00

Yes, we are dog friendly and welcome well behaved dogs. We offer paw prints on pottery too!

We’re open 7 days a week apart from July and August where we close on Sundays.

Opening times: 10am – 4.30pm

However please check our Facebook page as occasionally we close for maintenance or for private events – so please double check before visiting.

There is on the street paid 2 hour parking or you can use the train station car park. We are just minutes from Eastbourne train station in the centre of town.

Is the cafe wheelchair accessible?2024-05-30T06:47:10+00:00

Yes we have 2 ramps that we can install upon request. However please note that our toilets are downstairs in the basement.

Do we offer posting of finished items2024-05-30T06:47:19+00:00

Yes, we can ship your items for a fee of around £6-£15 depending on size, weight and country. Please note, we will do our best to wrap and protect your item but we cannot be held responsible for any breakages while your item is in transit.

How long will you keep my items for?2024-05-30T06:47:27+00:00

Our storage space is very limited and glazed and fired pottery will be kept for a maximum of 3 months. If your items are not collected within that time, or you do not contact us, you risk the pieces being disposed of.

No! All deposits received are non-refundable as stated at the time of booking.
